AdHack.AI generates video content with artificial intelligence based on your instructions and the images you upload. You keep the rights to the content you upload and to the videos you generate; you are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload and for how you use the generated videos.
Account data (name, company, email, encrypted password), the projects you create (scripts, images, generated videos), and basic usage data (number of generations, for billing and quotas). We do not sell your data.
Videos and images are processed by our AI infrastructure partner fal.ai. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Emails (e.g. password reset) are sent via our mail provider. Your account data and projects are stored on our servers in the EU/EEA region (AWS, Stockholm).
If you tick the optional box at registration, we may send you occasional product news and offers. You can withdraw this consent anytime by writing to info@brandhack.ai.
In line with the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time: info@brandhack.ai. Deleting your account removes your profile and projects from our systems.
Generation quotas apply per plan. You may not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or content impersonating real persons without their consent.
